Why i can't have any access to my message from xbox.com site?

Hi.

Everytime i try to go to message page from www.xbox.com site it bring me the picture issue as result i can't do anything at all.

This issue i don't have it before 2-3 weeks.

I try with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Laptop, Desktop, Mobile phone.

And at every device and browser it bring me the exact same error(See picture bellow)

messages not appearing on xbox.com

I used to be able to read and send messages from xbox.com, but recently I have lost that ability. Now, I can still see the message box but my messages don't show up underneath it. I also can't send messages even if I go to my friends list and click send
message. I have no problems sending and receiving messages from my console though, which is why I don't understand why it doesn't work from the computer.

Can't access my messages on xbox.com

Hi. I was instructed by Microsoft Xbox support to post my problem here as they exhausted their efforts and were unsuccessful in helping me. 3 weeks ago I received a 1-week comunications ban which is now over. Since then I am unable to view my Xbox Live
messages on xbox.com. I get an error message of: "An error has occurred. Please try again later". The support rep also submitted a report on their end about it. Any ideas on what I can do?

Looks like the image you provided is broken, but we're happy to help out. Do you happen to have 2-step verification enabled on your account? You can verify that over on
account.microsoft.com, if you don't have it enabled, let's try enabling that and updating your phone number tied to your account. Then try signing in and sending a message again.

 

I don't beliete i have enable the 2-step verification and i have never enable that.

But WHY until before 1 month all works just fine and now it can't at every device i try to go to my message page?

I try and create one all new account and everything work fine even messages page.

Why is that happening and how i can solve it?

 

Have you tried the suggestions Mister Maka passed on? Those will be the best steps to try to troubleshoot the error. You can also try verifying your phone number by following the steps on our

Yes i have try it to enable and disalbe the 2-step verification still the same issue.
