    I cant connect to Xbox-Live and i dont know why.

    I have Internet i can download games, updates... use twitch or youtube

    but i cant connect to Xbox-Live and thats the reason why i cant download a Profile

    So Sad

    What problem is it, can you be more specific? Do you get an error code, does a warning flag up?

    iv tryed everything to disconnect my router and nothing factory defualt and turning off my xbox restarting it why cant i connect with xbox live

    Xbox Live keeps disconnecting!

    Make sure your up to date with all the latest system downloads. This may be one of the reason to why you keep getting disconnected, also make sure your wired connection cable isn't broken in anyway. If you still have this problem see here.
