    okay so I'm want to change my Microsoft account on Xbox but when I press yes, change I get "sorry, we can't change your Microsoft account right now. For more info, go to Xbox.com/AccountSwap" I tried this for one month ago and then its still showing same

    How can I switch my gamer tag profile to another Microsoft account?

    Hello,

    i am sorry but you can't set another Microsoft-Account as alias to change the email adress.

    i have tried this but error, so:

    How can I change the connected Microsoft account with another Microsoft account without loosing all Games and achievements on XBox Live account ?

    This gamertag isn't allowed. Try a different one.

    I want to change my gamertag to "LimJinn" I think I can't change because I have used "LimJinn" to register ".onmicrosoft.com" account. But this account is mine. Is this why I can't change gamertags?

    So, after a month and a half, I finally figured out why this was happening. Apparently it was because I didn't have a parent account active.

    I can't change my parent account because I can't access the My Account page.

    I can't access the My Account page because I can't change my parent account.
