    Why I can't buy XBL?


    Today I wanted to Play again some games on Xbox, but have no XBL anymore. So I bought me a Microsoft prepaid Card. When I arrived at home I noticed that i can't buy me XBL with Money on my Microsoft account. Now my question: Why it don't work that doesn't
    make any sence. The only Thing I have now is Money on my account which I can't use because ist not enough for a game and I. Even if I buy me a game I probably can't use because I don't have XBL. That should be changed very soon.

    Once again, I fully expect to be totally ignored. I have been trying to have this problem FIXED since 04/28/18 and I have even done a live chat with support, which was totally USELESS. I have not been able to buy coins since April 28th, 13 DAYS! The advice
    I received was to change browsers. NO HELP! This is my last attempt before I delete all Microsoft games and start shopping for an Apple. Every time I try to purchase coins, I get the message that I already own this item so the purchase cannot be made. NO ONE
    has been able to tell me why and NO ONE has helped me to buy the coins. Thanks for nothing support. If no help is received in the next 24 hours I am done.

    STILL waiting for this problem to be fixed. STILL cannot buy gold, it says I already own it and I DO NOT. Your initial fix allowed one series of purchase attempts to all be approved at one time. Thanks, it damn near broke my bank account since all attempts
    that had been declined were instantly routed through my paymen.t method. If at all possible could you just remove the block from the time of fix on and not retroactively. I am on my last attempt to fix this before I give up on Bingo.

    You have never been able to use currency/points to buy live.

    It has to be a pre paid live sub card or credit/debit card/paypal.

    I noticed that. first I thought it make sence to buy XBL with money on my account but as i wanted to buy there was no way for that.

    We all know that microsoft

    They fix this by giving us a lot of deals on games. I'm okay with the prices because I just buy used games anyways. That's why I love the sales that XBL has because they're really good deals most of the time. If you can't afford to spend full price on XBL,
    then get the physical copy.

    Are you trying to purchase a 360 game on a One? If so, you would need to make the purchase from a 360 console if you're on a child account. Otherwise, make sure you have either a credit card or Paypal on file in order to make the purchase.
