Why I can't buy ESO+ for my XBox in Russian MSstore

I had to buy the full edition and there additions in Russian and such at you privately,quite often on Xbox 360,here for example there was a case when the game Samurai Warriors 2 was updated and all my saves left and why? and just for fun,in short I am very

I live in Russia. My friend "ark Survival Evolved" is on Xbox One in Russian language and I have English on my computer by subscription! Why don't I have Russian?

Thanks for reaching out, I can provide some details. It seems on the ESO support page the reasoning behind that error is just due to large volume of players at the current moment on their megaservers. Their page also advises it could be a faulty file
within your games install folder. They recommend to uninstall the game or at least clear the cache of the game to see if that assists.

How does this work exactly? I went ahead and grabbed (why not for $20?) So now it shows that I have it purchased on my ESO account but now what? I'm assuming I get a game download code close to release at some point. Or perhaps there will be a way to log
into my ESO account on my Xbox One and it will have a download option from there? Can't seem to find that info anywhere.
