Why I can't activated EA Access on my xbox one?

To clear things up. If you have an active EA access, you are then able to download all contents available on the vault. That's the reason why EA contents that are on the xbox one store shows as free when your EA access is active. But that doesn't mean that
you will own the content entirely. You did not pay Microsoft on the first place. You just have the premium service of EA to get it while your subscribed. So once your EA access ends, your ownership also ends.

Strange it works fine on my end, could you try a different browser or even different device?

If it keeps failing I would advise to contact Xbox Support, since there might be more going on with your account and they should be able to do a more in depth check into the issue.

Remeeming errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself.

Be sure to check your billing information at
http://billing.microsoft.com and
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that account itself, the code and the console all have the same region using different regions can cause issues too.
