Why I cannot readem my code?

I was in London and bought there an xbox live code for 12 months and game callof duty ghosts which has included 7 days gold trial. Then I came back to Croatia, and I reademed first 7 days trial from call of duty. I worked fine. After it expired i tried the
one I bought for 12 months. It said try again later. It has passed 2 months already of me trying but same message again "Something went wrong, give it a try later". I went to type a error code but page for that dosn't work. What can I do with my code? HELP!
Do I have to return to London, cause I em sure that cashier DID activated the code, i saw him typing on computer? Please if I have to return to London to readem, say because il go there in a month so I knnow what to do. Thx,

Why do people NOT read the details? Why do people always seem to just not pay attention? I am really beginning to feel sorry for the hassles MS has to probably deal with on a daily basis simply because people CANNOT READ!

Xbox disconnects doing everything

My error code continually reads that I cannot download my profile.

It's not recommended to purchase codes outside of your own region. Most codes are region locked so they have to match the region they were made for. The code may only work on a UK account.

Thanks. That means I have to go to London, change my region on live to uk, readem code and return home to Croatia and return to normal, right? But you can change region once per 3 months. No problem luckly we go to UK in a month, but will I lost m onlinr
games or anything by changing my region?

Yes, you can only change your region once every 3 months. You may want to read this to see what exactly is affected when you migrate your account. It can have an affect on things you've previously downloaded -

My issue is not with the code of conduct it is with how it is enforced. Why cannot the alleged offender see what he is being accused of?

I understand Microsoft cannot transfer between accounts,so why can't they issue me redemtion codes for my remaining gold subscription and 2000 points which i can use in a new account.Simple solution for a ongoing problem they cannot fix.
