why i can play only 12 game on game pass

i bought the game pass because i want to play Just cause 4, Halo, Doom, Metro, Fallout, Sunset overdrive, pes, and plenty other game. but in the hundred game they promises me only 12 game can be play on pc and it not the best game of the game pass like
zoo tycoon or rush A disney pixar adventure. Seriously Microsoft you want the game pass on switch some people talk of that like the end of exclusiveness but the only great exclusiveness we have now and we gonna have on switch is Forza horizon 4 and crackdown
3. No is the only thing i want to say to microsoft No i dont have the more than 1 hundred game you promise me in exchange of 10$. this have to change i cannot play 92% approximatively of my game because i dont have xbox

As the others already mentioned.the gamepass is a service for the xbox. There are some games that can be played on the PC as they are play anywhere titles. So there is no wrong promise on Microsofts side there.. If you have an active gamepass you could
use this on your xbox and your pc. You dont have to pay twice.

Xbox Gamepass is primarily focused to be used on an Xbox One console. There is however a few select titles that is available to be played on both an Xbox One console and Windows 10 device.

With HALO coming to pc gamers soon it might be part of Gamepass aswell seeing as it is a Microsoft published game.

Xbox game pass is mainly for the Xbox games, and then there are few Xbox games which are play anywhere titles, meaning they can be played on both Xbox and PC, and thus you're able to play those on PC.
