Why i can not buy a promo of xbox live?

Thanks for coming to the forums. As others mentioned these are for new subscribers or ones that have had gold but it been cancelled over 3 months ago. If you look down at the terms and conditions (the small print) it will most likely state for new subscribers
only. Here is an example this is for a game pass promotion but still only for new members:

* Limited time offer valid, only in USA and UK, while supplies last. May take up to 10-business days for new members to receive Spotify Premium code via Xbox Message Center. Not valid for existing or previous Xbox Game Pass for PC (beta) members, other exclusions
apply. Limit 1 offer per account. Codes will be delivered through email before 3/20/2020. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.

De hecho ese tipo de promociones van orientadas a usuarios que no tienen suscripciones de Gold o de Game Pass Ultimate, además usualmente para que las promociones así puedan funcionar lo que yo hacía era desactivar la renovación automática y entonces podía
tomar por ejemplo la promo de Game Pass por 10 pesos.

Yo también tengo GPU y a mi ni siquiera me aparece esa promoción.

Gracias por contestar, puede ser , no lo habia visto de esa forma, pero entonces eso significa que la unica forma por decirlo asi de renobar mi GPU es comprando tarjetas de regalo de xboxlive en fisico , porque lo de la promo puede ser eso pero tambien
trate con la de 1 mes y de 12 meses a precio regular y me sale que tampoco se puede, si es solo en comprar en fisico las tarjetas de regalo pues no hay problema solo que eso de que ni siquiera la de 1 mes o 12 me deja compralos se me hace raro
