    Hi! I have done a migration on my Xbox account to Germany because i live in Germany now and I want to join the rewards program. But it always say the program is not available at my country? what does it mean exactly?Because the program is always available
    at Germany.Please help me. Thank you.

    Changes in information can take up to 96 hours to be processed. Since your last region was not a Rewards eligible region, you were not able to register. We have confirmed that we have received your updated German information, and have begun the registration
    process manually for your account. You should be fully registered within the next 48-96 hours.

    Looks like your Xbox Live region is set to a region that Xbox Live Rewards is not available in (Austria). This is the reason why you are unable to join the program.
