    Why I can join Xbox Live rewards?


    Hi! I have done a migration on my Xbox account to Germany because i live in Germany now and I want to join the rewards program. But it always say the program is not available at my country? what does it mean exactly?Because the program is always available
    at Germany.Please help me. Thank you.

    process manually for your account. You should be fully registered within the next 48-96 hours.
