Why I am Switching from Microsoft Xbox One to Sony PS4

I used to be a Microsoft Consumer (with Xbox Live and more) when the 360 was out. Microsoft you did a pretty good job ballancing out Xbox 360 Exclusives, but when you came out with the Xbox One you made 2 Critical Error's that now
cause me to leave the Xbox One. First, you did well to listen to your consumers (Because what is a business without their customer's?) by allowing Backwards Compatibility (Which is why I chose Xbox One to begin with, I was much against Sony as a Company for
this disrespect towards their previous, loyal Customers (and Consumer's) of the PS3. If you spent 1,000 dollars on a PS3 System via online gaming, add-on's and more, if you got a PS4 you could do nothing about carrying over ANYTHING YOU LEGALLY BOUGHT! It
was a shame, but I had a strong ill regard for Sony after this. I switched from Xbox 360 to PS3 when I found it more affordable to not have to pay for Xbox Live, but when I got the Xbox One I expected more support for your Consumer's. The first critical error
was the disallowance of all Backwards Compatibility. The Major RPG title's, (which were less than the PS3 to begin with) and big game's from long ago, that I considered "Hidden Gems" (Such as Naruto; the Broken Bond, and more) were not supported! Now the Xbox
one has around 10% or less RPG games than the PS3! WOW! >:l On top of this, GamePass only gives a couple 360 games that were well known, and a couple that were so uncommonly spoken of (Such as Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising). True, there were a couple
good games, like Devil May Cry, and Resident Evil 6 (Which I could buy for Xbox One from Gamestop for 7 dollars.) WOW! 10 dollars a month to play those games? This was all I saw offered out of the Xbox One. I would not dare buy any further developments of
the Xbox One, (Such as the Xbox OneS, or any other Xbox One branches) The Second Critical Error that was made was the lack of Xbox One Exclusives. The PS4 offer's almost every title that Microsoft's Xbox One does! Not to mention the Japanese Import's add another
25+ games to play on the PS4. I just don't see what my money is going towards. I think the Xbox One was a big let down, and here is another example as to why: I read a forum, and I myself advocate it, of *Bringing Back Tales of Vesperia to Backwards Compatibility.*
I shouldn't even have to mention this! This game was so good and popular that until recently (around 2 months ago) It still sold for 27 dollars USED at Gamestop. Most Xbox 360 games were 17.99 (to 39.99 New) and many used games could be found around 8 dollars
a piece (except for games like Left 4 Dead, which was around 25 dollars without tax.) My point is the limitation you gave to backwards compatibility was very poor, it was almost like only having 10 games that people would really want to play (For example,
you added games like KAMEO, but left out major title's like Tales of Vesperia, or Infinite Undiscovery (Which was another Xbox 360 Exclusive that was great)). The end result was a decent system with a poor selection of games or game exclusives (depending
on your oppinion of "good"). Thank you for taking the time to read this MIcrosoft

Goodbye Microsoft I am switching to PS4, this Xbox one thing is terrible, I am switching to everything away from MS.

 

So, i am getting an Xbox update error wich is blocking me from playing online!

I Quit XBOX 360, Im going to get a ps4 because Microsoft wont respond and no one at Microsoft will help, all the suggested answers are no help and all I have to say is, I QUIT MICROSOFT! im getting a ps4 and switching everything Microsoft over to sony, if
anyone has a DIFFRENT answer pease respond.

 

I used to be an utterly buttery customer. I appreciated the creamy texture, while savouring the realistic flavour. Then my cousin told me that margarine was only 1 molecule away from plastic and some emulsion paints. That it was only manufactured to fatten
chickens and not really fit for human consumption. Needless to say, I returned to real butter pretty quickly. My life is now complete. I have complained to the relevant dairy and distributors, yet typically they have just ignored me.

I just get the feeling I am just another statistic on an annual spreadsheet.
