    Modding/Cheating Policy Question

    I was banned because I entered a BO modded lobby (didn't use any mods though), but my stats did get messed from it but the ban was from Treyarch and not a proper Xbox Live ban.

    They're modded controllers, and they'll more then likely get your ass banned from Live...

    The ONLY people that can answer your question is the Xbox enforcement team.

    They do not use these forums.

    The ONLY way to contact them is through their website enforcement.xbox.com

    You would sign in there with the account that has the suspension and there would then be an orange hammer on the first page that you would click on and it will show you your enforcement history and if the suspension is eligible there would be a link there
    to click on to file for a case review.

    A case review will allow you to appeal your suspension which an enforcement agent will look at your case again and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.
