    my old console was banned

    Yes hi I first wanted to know why my old console was banned and how it was banned and I have not used the console in over a year I also like to know if they sent an email saying why it was banned please some one help how long is this ban even for

    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx     and make a post there they are the only ones who would be able to tell you as to why your console is banned.

    You should receive an E-mail reference this from Microsoft and it should also be on the web site attached below.

    Enforcement issues can only be delt with by using this site and cannot be resoved here on the forums or by contacting Xbox support.

    why was my console banned

    As suggested beforehand, you do need to use the console suspension forums although it is most likely an action taken by the XBL Enforcement team which means an email will have been sent to to the email account linked to your profile. Suspensions and bans
    never happen without good reason.
