I paid a one year's subscription for the Microsoft Solitaire Games Collection on 24th August having paid monthly for the last few months. When I paid monthly I did not have to put up with the noisy ads during the games. Now every time the ads come on and
I have to sit through more noise and flashing lights than I care to. How do I stop this happening. The whole reason I paid was to stop this. Please take this as a formal complaint. I look forward to receiving a reply from you explaining that this will be
stopped immediately.

Suspended due to a problem with payment option

I can't get there because I have to get a code that is sent to an email that I have no idea of the password. The email was for insightbb but since that was bought by comcast years ago everything got messed up and that account has not been used in years.
Currently I have no way of getting on to that email. Why wouldn't I still be able to play online since I have a year's subscription already paid for? I feel like I am being cheated out of time I have paid for...

Have you cancelled your TV/Satellite service? Or your newspaper/magazine subscription? Why not? Those are paid for services that show you adverts all the time...

I have the same problem. Tried all these but nothing worked. Really annoying as I recently paid to remove adverts.

So why does it appear that he doesn’t have any sort of subscription when I paid for a 12Month one? Surely that one I paid for should still be active but it is showing that he hasn’t got anything.
