Why haven't I Received The New Store Update and Layout?

Updates take longer to reach some devices, and there is no apparent reason. Delete the cache of the console (it will not affect your games or your progress) and check for the update manually. If it doesn't work, contact xbox support. Good luck.

I used to be a very active user but I haven't posted as much since the whole new layout of the forum. I think the new layout is to blame for the loss of the community. Why change something fixed to a broken mess :S

Well since the update it's telling me I haven't a gold membership... and the new layout is pretty bad imo.

I have performed this myself and it might help you with the new dashboard UI:

The new dashboard is rolling out to all Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles in phases. If you don't have it yet, you can check to see if it's available for your console with a few simple steps.

Here is how to get new Xbox dashboard:

1. Go to your Xbox's Home screen
2. Select the "Settings" icon
3. Select "System"
4. Select "Updates & downloads"
If the new dashboard is available for your console, you'll see a message saying "New dashboard available"
4. Select "Download and install"
Once the new dashboard is installed, you'll be prompted to restart your console. After your console restarts, you'll be using the new Xbox dashboard.
