Why haven't I received the new dashboard update yet?

Title. It's been about a month since Microsoft began rolling out the new dashboard update. As of my lunch break today (3 hours ago), my consoles have yet to receive the update and I've been manually checking for weeks. Am I just that unlucky right now?

Just find it weird that Microsoft is rolling this out as slowly as they are, considering in the past, as soon as the public build is ready they push it to everyone.

Mainly, just a little bummed I haven't been able to take advantage of the new dashboard experience yet.
