    Why haven't i been unbanned


    Hi guys i am wondering if anyone can help me out, so 2 weeks ago my account got suspended and was meant to be unbanned today the 7/7/17 but it has removed the ban from the Xbox enforcement website but i still cant play any games or message and party chat
    e.t.c if anyone could help or has the same problem it would help so much.

    I haven’t been unbanned

    Try this.

    Remove/delete the GT from the console.

    Power cycle the console.

    Restart the console and recover the GT back.

    Console ban misconceptions

    I did look into this and found I owned one of those six games which is also scratched (because I bought it pre-owned) and yet here I am unbanned. I wager millions have scratched copies of the six games and they also haven't been banned. If this is false
    flags caused by scratches why have they not all been banned?

    I do research these things before declaring ;)

    What makes you say you have enforcement action on your account or console? To check, we noticed that the date on that photo shows 3/4/16. Has this been an issue you've been experiencing for two years?

    Additionally, please try signing into your account on your Xbox One console and letting us know what error message you see by sending us a screenshot of it.

    Wow, I've never seen a suspension lifted after a theft ban. Congrats.

    Try removing/deleting your Gamertag from the console, and then power cycle the console.

    Restart the console and then recover the gamertag back.
