I have no idea why ngocphi has made the refund process so overlay complicated, because it isn't.

If you originally purchased something via your account balance the refund should be the same day. For card payments, both debit and credit card, it's 3-5 business days. PayPal should be around the same time frame.

It does not matter what country you're in. When Microsoft set up Live in a region, all the payments use banks in that region. They aren't international payments. Refunds are not delayed because you're not in the U.S.

The bank can't help because banks can't see transactions coming in before it hits an account. Doesn't matter what type of account it is. I know this as I've worked for several banks in the past.

Hi, it’s been several days now and almost 3-4 weeks so I requested a refund and I still haven’t had my money back. I also still haven’t received an email back from the refund email I got sent a while back, at this point I can’t see myself ever getting the money back. If you got an email saying the refund was denied, then reply to the email why you want the refund. Microsoft should then refund you.
