    There was a forum topic about Modern Warfare crashing Xbox One Xs. Some users reported in the topic that the crashes have bricked their consoles and all the reset options are not solving the issues. You've closed the forum topic and no solution was posted.

    This issue is NOT resolved and there is no one willing on either side (Microsoft/Activision) to take responsibility. Surely it sits on the side of Microsoft as it is their console, it is their digital store where the game was bought from, and they do not
    allow a system OS roll back to replace any corrupt system files caused by the hard crashing of this game? (the usb update isn't working).

    When I spoke to your helpline they said they would only give me a replacement for free in warranty but as it is not (by 2 months) then I'd have to pay £240 for a replacement. So we pay £60 for a game to break our consoles, then £240 to pay for it again?
    This was after 1hr 20mins on the phone and being cut off 4 times.

    Have you closed the topic to sweep it under the carpet? Do you not listen to the issues loyal customers have? I'm not the only one.

    This is most likely because the mods felt like it was a thread that wasn't going to be helped all that much.

    Considering it's an Activision issue and they've been posting regular updates about it. Microsoft can't do anything to speed things up. It's the game itself that's causing the crashes. I haven't had any crashes since the 10GB update the other day. Have
    you checked to be sure you have the latest update?

    I havnt had my console crash once since the last update. Before then it was crashing every 2-3 games. I hope it gets fixed for you soon mate

    Hi IanGrieve1, the previous topic has been locked perhaps cause the problem is known and not coming from Microsoft and the Xbox One X but
    from Activision and Infinity Wards and they're already working on it.
