    Spent 12K points to buy 1 month Game Pass Ultimate and got no email and now can't play..any suggestions?

    Is this a known issue and if so how long before I get the service back up and running.

    Thanks for the reply,

    I have renewed with my debit card and received an email that my sub was renewed..nothing in the spam or junk folder..I am just a bit annoyed as it took 12k points and got nothing for them.

    It must be an issue with not sending mail for redeemed points.
