Why have i not been told how long my ban is for

so I sign into the enforcement website and I got to the orange hammer and it states that my Enforcement date is:

[table][tr][td][td]‎17‎/‎01‎/‎2017‎ ‎09‎:‎29‎:‎33[/td][/tr][/table]

But I don't understand and I was able to communicate all the way up until 2 days ago. I don't understand why that is the only ban on there and I cant talk to anyone. The enforcement email/website does not tell me anything about the length of the ban or the
severity, I cant even submit a case review. I've looked through multiple websites to see what troubles people have been having that's of a similar calibre and they all just say go to 'enforcement.xbox.com' (Thanks for the Great Advice by the way) but if it
actually worked I wouldn't be here RIGHT NOW.

Is this fair?

I mean I thought I was paying for a service, one that is currently not being fulfilled.

ive just been unbanned for a communictions ban i have messages back but not game or party chat anyone know why or how long i have to wait?

How can i find out WHY i have been banned and for how long is my ban.

Or, check the email associated with the account.

If you're having trouble seeing when your suspension is until, try contacting Xbox Support-Contact Us | Xbox Support

Although Xbox Support does not have the power to ban/ revoke a ban, they can check information about your enforcement details.

I was Cr banned and I was never told why or for how long and I received it while in a game of Griffball

he was banned for that chat as i have been told my xbox but even they dont know why but i cant be asked with this no more i just think it bad how you can get banned and not told why and i think they need to find away for you to be able to fight your side

Same issue same complaint. I have been banned, but don't know what for or for how long. pretty disappointing that I am paying for a service (XBox Live) that I can now not fully utilise, cannot be told why this is occurring and cannot speak to anyone about it.
