why have i lost all my forza 4 game

i have been chattin to microsoft call centre, for 2 hrs, logged onto my S/X 2 weeks ago,to find nothing left of mt forza 4 game, lost everything, 200 cars, 500 designs,£68 account credit, ultimate game pass, no online play,vip, treasure map, car pass , everything has disapeared, game tag altered, it has gone back to day one as 4 years ago, 1 car, thats it nothing, i was put on hold by call centre an hour ago, he said be back in 10 mins, still waiting, we went through everything ,on console and web sites, trying to fix it, nothing, still waiting, guess he has given up, i just called microsoft number 0334 800 6006, went through auto, i gave the right answers, then it said good bye, and closed call down,,.02/01/2023.. microsoft is a waste of time, ive been playing xbox for 21 years, and this is how you get treated, i have a £500 console i cant use, 800 games, 14 consoles including limiteded edition, spent thousands over 21 years, thats it, finished with them, i will buy a ps5 and metasystem, microsofts attitude, we got your money go away,, thanks microsoft for nothing... playing over 21 years i think i must have spent about £50.000, on xbox consoles..games..controllers.. plus all other xbox products.. i will be travelling to their london office as soon as i can, i am considering a legal solution to this problem..

tony2023. still waiting for call centre to get back with a help solution, guess it was a cn when he said ,put you on hold for10 mins, guess he no good at solving xbox problems, so he left, thanks useless call centre. i also lost on horizon 4 950.000.000, cr, by selling my design cars..

Hi everybody, I have a question about forza 4. I have being playing Forza 4, and I have lost all my cars, also my money that I have won so far, also all the maps that I was racing is gone. But the only thing is that all my stuff are saved in my hard drive
in my xbox 360 pro, could someone tell me how to get everything back to the way it was before please.

I didnt create any new account i just recover it with the microsoft recovery steps like password and after the phone number that was not changed but my main problem its that i lost the games that i payed i had Forza Horizon 4 Forza Horizon 5 and some DLS`s that are all gone and i want my games back i even have the proof for Forza Horizon 5.

If I remember correctly Forza 5 lost the drag tracks and it lost a hell of a lot of other features anyway.
