Why have i been suspended?

So i check my emails and I see that i have a email off Microsoft with a subject line 'notification of enforcement' as soon as i saw that i knew it wasn't good. i opened the email to discover that i have been suspended for 2 weeks because of a 'exploiting
a game' i have been exploiting glitches but how can you blame me? these corporations try to suck money out of you by advertising 'money packs' of course.. im talking about grand theft auto. A company who has the financial strength to end world starvation and
poverty and yet still they can not stop these exploits from taking place and when i partake in these 'exploits' i am being reported by other xbox live members? Firstly to report me they would have to be in my lobby there for they are also partaking in these
exploits and have the enforcement team suspended them? i highly doubt it. Secondly and this is a big one, Microsoft Xbox, the richest company on the planet was attacked by a bunch of sweaty teenagers living in there parents basement when Microsoft a multi
billion dollar/pounds/euros whatever company can not stop that happening with the financial funding they have to not be able to have a decent firewall to stop these teenagers from crippling their servers on Christmas day, millions of people woke up not being
able to play their systems on the day that they have been waiting for all year (me being one of those people) and did we receive anything back from xbox for the huge inconvenience? nope. not even a free day of xbox live for what its worth. we pay 40-50 pound
a year on xbox live and yet they still have the audacity to suspend people over a minor breach of conduct. pathetic, absolutely pathetic.

Why Have I been ban

To The Xbox Support Service I went to sign in today and I got suspended till the 25th of September 2012

I don't see what I have done wrong.

In terms of everything else in your opening post, you did actually agree to abide by the Terms of Use and Code of Conduct when you signed up for Xbox LIVE. Those money packs are there for consumers and it's entirely their choice to purchase them or not,
it does not grant any excuse to exploit a game as a result.
