    Why have I been console banned?


    Woke up this morning feeling happy to play black ops 2 but all of a sudden it said that I've been console banned! My gamertag is JamesRH10 I've been doing nothing wrong and you decided to console ban me? Why?

    Unaware why I have been console banned.

    I have been console banned when I have been a loyal member for the time I have had xbox.

    banning is an action undertaken by the security team after an investigation of your Xbox live activity when terms of use are violated . To protect the Xbox LIVE service and its members, Microsoft does not provide details about console bans. There is no recourse
    for Terms of Use violations. For further information click:

    Sorry, Have you checked your email?? Normaly a reason is sent out but, Bard is correct. I think it maybe time to purchase a new console. If you were console banned, a new one is your only option. GOOD LUCK!!!
