Why have I been charged £10.99 from Microsoft Reading for subscription that I never signed...

Thank you. When checking subscriptions, it says £10.99 every month, next charge 13th August. I'm assuming this means I will be charged the full £10.99.

No it isn't for new subscribers at all i have been charged the £1 and have the offer for 3 months till September, its on my xbox the deal for everyone but i have also been charged £10.99 aswell which is not correct, i have had the £1 deal numerous tiimes without the £10.99 charge so it needs to be refunded, but there is not a way of contacting Microsoft about this i have tried all morning, this isnt acceptable i have been a great customer to Microsoft and xbox for years and have never come across this problem before, please give me a uk number to get in touch about this as it has left me short for my other bills
