Discus and support why have I been blocked in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have lodged a formal complaint with the New Zealand Commerce Dept.     why have I been blocked


    I have lodged a formal complaint with the New Zealand Commerce Dept. I have been banned for what I can only assume was an ambiguous and jovial comment. I have read through the Xbox live conduct terms, and I have done nothing to contravene Xbox live rules.
    I would like an immediate response to this poor decision by your enforcement supervisor please.

    The enforcement team does not use these forums. You can view your ban at
    enforcement.xbox.com     and file a case review from there if the ban is eligible for one.

    The enforcement team once use this forum but they have stop years ago. The only place you can contact them about your case is the link already provided by Bowski477 and you can only file for a case review, but if a decision was upheld already on there end
    then that is the end of it. Good evening.

    I understand you have a question about your friend blocking you.

    Actually, if a friend is blocking you, you will not be able to message him anymore.

    It is possible that he turned off his notifications for some reason and that is why he is not reading your messages or it could simply be that he does not want to respond.

    Try inviting him to a party or send him a voice mail. Or any other form to contact him aside from the Xbox.
