    Why have I been banned, Xbox???


    Why have I been not able to communicate on Xbox Live??? I have been asking xbox support and I have been told to come here for someone of the staff to tell me what has happened. I should not have to be banned because someone online has gotten mad over a game.
    I have been a customer of Xbox Live for 10, almost 11 years. I haven't played recently and I have looked into the case" made agensted me and kgb say she that I have said offensive things online. I have gone through all of my messages and i can't find anything
    to get me banned. please reply.

    why have i been banned ????????

    I went i my xbox yesterday to see what players had sold on fifa. It came up that i had been signed in on another xbox witch my account has never been on another xbox. it let me load up fifa an list my players. Then a message came up saying i was banned
    untill the 31/12/9999 i'm not happy as i have not long ago put 3 months live and 12 months of live on my account And i have also got the season pass for black ops 2 on the account. Plus i've bought alot points for on my fifa ultimate team. The Gamertag what
    has been banned is EcF RELOAD.

    any player can report you right. So why do I get enforced for doing nothing while I am offline on Monday. I was offline for the whole day and when I get online on Friday Xbox has sent me an enforcement message at 2:30pm on Monday telling me I can no longer
    text my friends chat to at them in party's and so one but then also I cannot access any Xbox live games. I have been banned for doing nothing! Why Xbox just why. I've been banned to the 20th of march since Monday. I did nothing so why have you banned me for
    doing nothing. Please could you restor my account so I can talk to my Friends and also I can play online again. please help me.

    Support would t have any info on your case they don't have access they'd only go based on what you tell them or speculate

    The source of your info should only be the email connected to your account or in the enforcement MSG link enforcement.xbox.com
