I have not even gotten a code Mister Gwyther and I should have.I have been a member for 10 years. Why have some gotten codes and some not? Was there only a certain number of codes? I feel that this is a slap in the face for someone like me who has been a
member since 2002. Also why have some people received Xbox's and others have not?

Unfortunately, we can't handle any issues with enforcement actions only at Enforcement.xbox.com can handle those issues if you're eligible you can submit a case review there to resolve the issue.

If this resolved the issue verify the answer and then mark your support thread answered and if this doesn't answer your thread then verify answer and then upvote this to let me know that you tried and let me know what you've attempted.

 

we cant figure that out here, you would need to contact the enforcement team. more often then not, you got pinched for a code of conduct violation. no worries if its your first. if its longer then a 24hour ban, then you could challenge it. good luck.

 

head over to http://enforcement.xbox.com

Login with your MS account and click the hammer icon.

From there you can find all info regaring your ban like duration, reason etc.

If you think the ban is unfair, you can submit a case review from there and a PET will look in to it.

The enforcement team isn't on these forums, so you won't be helped by them here.
