Why have I been banned? I have no idea what is happening.

Can you please enlighten me to why I have been banned? I received an email this morning from the Enforcement Team stating I have breached conditions but have not been told how or given a chance to explain if I had. I find this incredibly unfair as I am in
the dark to what is happening. Can you please assist?

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for any information regarding your ban and to submit a case review if eligible.

My xbox live account has been banned. I have no idea why it happened. I do not recall doing anything that would merit such actions. Is it possible that i have been hacked? Does this happen to others? I did notice that my avatar has changed and have
had problems logging in before the ban appeared on screen. Can someone please tell me what happened and why?
