Why have i been banned again?

Ive been banned after years of being fine with xbox twice in 2months. I use to have really good feedback and it would be me reporting modders and people who make the game unfair like rammers on forza however im the one to get banned for calling a modder
sh*t? i should be thanked for reporting them and calling them sh*t, im the one taking action as theyre tampering with the system because you cant do it yourselves you'd rather ban me who trys to get people like that off the game. Rant 2 i get grief all the
time i dont see them people getting banned yes you ban some but your own choices not community reports its ridiculous, being banned for bad language is fair but in a situation such as mine for me to come out worse is in some way disrespectful. If youre that
lazy to sort your problems out go get tips of PSN. rant over.

why have i been banned ????????

I went i my xbox yesterday to see what players had sold on fifa. It came up that i had been signed in on another xbox witch my account has never been on another xbox. it let me load up fifa an list my players. Then a message came up saying i was banned
untill the 31/12/9999 i'm not happy as i have not long ago put 3 months live and 12 months of live on my account And i have also got the season pass for black ops 2 on the account. Plus i've bought alot points for on my fifa ultimate team. The Gamertag what
has been banned is EcF RELOAD.

 

Why have I been banned

any player can report you right. So why do I get enforced for doing nothing while I am offline on Monday. I was offline for the whole day and when I get online on Friday Xbox has sent me an enforcement message at 2:30pm on Monday telling me I can no longer
text my friends chat to at them in party's and so one but then also I cannot access any Xbox live games. I have been banned for doing nothing! Why Xbox just why. I've been banned to the 20th of march since Monday. I did nothing so why have you banned me for
doing nothing. Please could you restor my account so I can talk to my Friends and also I can play online again. please help me.

If you reported the users, you will not get any information as to the outcome of the report other than an occasional "thank you for your report".

Regardless of who started what or said what, if any user breaks the code of conduct and it is reported, it will be investigated. Some investigations are quick, some take time.

This is why the mute and block options are available instead of taking the bait from another user and breaking the code of conduct.

 

So what you're saying is i get banned for calling a 'modder' sh*t but the modder gets to tamper with the system? really tell me which one is worse. I know that know actions get taken place with people who get reported because ive had numerous people report
others and ive been one again reunited with them days later. Thanks for the reply but im not the only one with this ridiculous issue it is not fair for action to only be taken out on one person which im sure the whole community could agree on in this circumstance
and if it is at all should definitely in my situation be the modder getting the consequence which im sure most of the community would see in being fair.

 

The question is did you report the modder for modding? if not then the enforcement team has nothing to go investigate. The enforcement team does not go looking for infractions. They take in the reports and investigate it if no one is reporting the modder
then there is nothing for the enforcement team to investigate. like the previous posts said the enforcement team will not let you know the outcome of their investigation when a report is made. and when a report is made against you if you violated the TOU/COC then
that's when the suspension is handed down.

 

how about me I get banned all the time cause I have the white hat on rocket league. I have over 100 messages saying I'm being reported for not giving it to them. So I called corporate then after I called I get an email that says the more I complain the longer
my ban will be and just cause it says November 15 doesn't mean they will release it. And then out of nowhere no message email or anything I'm kicked out of online play and it says do something else. Good thing I made copies of the messages and email cause
my uncle is a lawyer in my town and we have opened a civil case for 1 dollar just so Microsoft can see why so many people switch to sony

 

Of course i did thats the what the problem im having is he was not banned but i was when he is equally if not more bad, i was put in more games with the guy thats how i know he wasnt, same goes for others.

 

it needs sorting out mate, i had an xbox 360 however moved to a ps3 because of prices and decided to get the ps4 had no problems just the games werent for me so i got an xbox one this year and have been banned twice in 2months. Sonys community is way better
and they dont use half the crap that microsoft uses to 'make it better'.
