why have i been banned 4 defending myself

you literally have an hour to remove it ide ask support if iwere allowed but i changed my number now you clever dicks not let me have support n tbh if u ban me agen 4 something i aint done or the ban aint lifted today i promise world war 3 will be in ur
backyard now do ya job n dnt sell £500 machines if u aint got the brains to sort out discrimination or would u like me 2 come take over litterally cant do any worse then theft stealing my xbox gold and discriminating against me 4 self defence .

so I've been banned for defending myself... There's a lot of messed up people in this game and y'all decided to banned the one defending himself... Honestly I never even threathened anyone on this Xbox why did I got suspended for that... I am a really good

banned from xbox live for defending myself

i have been banned from xbox live til 3/11/17. i have not done anything to deserve it but defend myself. get messaged, respond, get reported. why am i getting banned for being harrassed if i am just defending myself? the questionnaire to get a case review
done on enforcement.xbox.com is stupid and i shouldnt need to answer it correctly if i literally do nothing but defend myself to cause said ban

 

Ok.

1: Calm down, take a deep breath

2: You say you defended yourself, but as you should know, that makes no difference. You should always follow the golden rules: (Mute, Block, Report) if you do that the person sending you abusive messages will get banned and you wont.

3: If you don't follow the golden rules the following will happen, the person you sent the message to will report you, Microsoft will look at the message history and see what you have said and ban you.

Seriously dude it isn't difficult, don't try and be the "big man" and send abusive messages, no matter weather its in defence or not, just block them, mute them and report them.

Oh and by the way, trying to threaten Microsoft doesn't really work, they don't care and I am pretty sure that "World War 3 wont be in their backyard" they have hundreds and hundreds of top layers on their side, and nothing you can do will really scare them,
other than you threatening to buy a PS4 obviously, that really does scare them.

Also not sure how Microsoft are not letting you contact support,not that it matters as they can't do anything anyway.

If you want to appeal a suspension you need to go to the enforcement site
here like it tells you in the email you were sent.

Word of advice,be a lot more civil than you have here or they will not re investigate your case.
