I HAVE HAD A 24 HOUR BAN AND FIND IT DISCUSTING HOW YOU CAN NOT FIGHT YOUR OWN CORNER BY CONTACTING THEM AFTER I HAVE BEEN PAYING WELL OVER 2 YEARS TO PLAY AND CAN NOW NOT PLAY FOR 24H THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED AND BEEN TOLD I CAN NOT DO ANYTHING I
FEEL LIKE XBOX ARE ALOWWING ON LINE BULLYING AS THIS HAS TO BE THE CASE AS I KNOW I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG

Why I should not have been baned.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. The only way to contact them is through submitting a case review.

That sounds like you got a communication suspension. To find out how long and more information on possibly starting a "Case for Review" please check out your "Enforcement History" here: Enforcement

Online bullying is not allowed on xbox live.The enforcement team don't use the forums.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were suspended or you can log onto the enforcement site

As it's a 24 hour suspension you are not eligible for a case review because by the time your review was investigated again the suspension would be over.

Sorry to hear about that enforcement action. For information about the ban, you would need to go to
Enforcement website. If the suspension is longer than 24 hours you can submit a case review. No one on
the forums will be able to tell you why you were suspended.

Case Review Procedure

* Submit Case: You are about to submit a case for review. Please make sure to include any relevant information or facts before submitting.

* Under Review: Your case is currently under investigation by XBLPET.

* Need Info: XBLPET requires additional information from you. Please refer to the enforcement agent’s latest comment and submit additional details to continue the investigation. Note that not every case will
require additional information and/or discussion.

* Decision: The Case Review has completed. Please refer to the enforcement agent’s comments for additional information.

* Summary: The completed outcome of the Case Review, which you may refer to following the case’s closure.

You can check your Case Review status at any time by visiting your Enforcement History or Case Review History.
Enforcement are the only ones that can help with this issue.
