Why have an enforcement team when they never get back to you

A case review is for the enforcement team to determine whether or not they made a mistake in issuing an enforcement action. The only thing they'll do is tell you whether or not the suspension will be upheld.

In situations like that, it's best to just report and block instead of responding.

Hey I was banned for two days but wasn’t given reason for it. Just told me it had to do with “looking for group”. I haven’t made one of those in months so clearly there is an issue with the suspension bot. It’s happened to multiple people already today which shows this is a serious issue causing possible legal ramifications.

You only get one chance to submit a review and even with that it means the enforcement team investigated the situation twice (the first being when the account was reported) and determined something was done to violate the code of conduct/terms of service.
Permanent bans are not issued lightly.

The enforcement team have never offered other forms of communication. They've never stated why they work that way.

When you report gamers, the enforcement team does investigate and takes action if the reports you say are true. They will not tell you if they have taken action against the gamers you have reported. That is between the enforcement team and the gamers they give the enforcement to. If you do get comments you find offensive, then keep reporting them, and then block them. Never reply, as you will get a chance of being suspended yourself. The enforcement team will investigate, and you won't get any enforcement action against yourself.

why cant you understand you cant speak to a member of the enforcement team? If the enforcement team did have contact details, they would never get any complaints investigated as they would always be speaking to people like you who should be complaining to
