    why have a site like this if you are not going to looking at it to see if there is a problem or not? seems to me that you would have someone watching all programs at are running 24/7 like all other company's do that run 24/7. i know that they do because
    i used to work for one.

    Digital Game Refund?

    You're not going to get a refund for simple not liking the game. They are only going to offer refunds if there is a problem or fault with the game, or if the game wasn't what it was advertised to be. Regretting your purchase
    is not a good enough reason for a refund.

    Also, by looking at your achievement list of Mortal Kombat X, you have been playing it constantly between mid April and late May. If you have, as you claimed' "regretted your purchase", why did you play it so much?

    It really looks like an xbox billing problem. Why doesn't it take the paypal either? Also on the billing site it told me to go to both accounts are marked as in 'good' status.

    The OG Xbox? I would check to see if that can be serviced or ordered via devicesupport.microsoft.com but that's a long shot. I don't think you're going to see it on MicrosoftStore.com even, so if you can't find it on the support site, you might have to
    look on second-hand sites, like ebay, Facebook marketplace, Craigslist, etc.

    If you're looking for a 360 or Xbox One power supply, then
    devicesupport.microsoft.com     would likely be the easiest route you can go for support.
