Why have a modding option for HALO MCC if its not allowed to be discussed?

Any discussion on modifying files to cheat in gameplay isnt allowed period

If you DONT earn the skull you dont use it by cheating

3rd party mods especially aren't allowed.

MODS come with a variety of issues and is against the rules for a reason.

Hello when it comes to any kind of modding wither it be via console or PC Microsoft/XBox will not allow it!!! Thats just the way they have ALWAYS Worked. For which ever reason if you are able to find a loop hole, itll work until its patched. You
would hate to get banned for a mod though. Just play the game as is its not worth it.

Incorrect, Halo MCC on PC has 2 startup versions, one can be used for modding, just Microsoft has not enabled modding yet but they will in the future.
