Why hasn’t my account been given back?

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If your ban was truly overturned they would be the ones to handle it. They can only be found through that case review process on enforcement.xbox.com.

If you read the text it is obvious

"We are looking into the agent to see if they issued other false suspensions on other users "

And no they do NOT use that langauge it would be more along the lines of this suspension. Was issued by mistake that's it as it doesn't reflect on other suspension a because as mentioned below

Because permanent suspensions are NOT issued by one agent but by multiple teams before being issued

Unless it's account moving in which case it's not a false suspension

Because it has to go thru the legal team.and be upheld by courts

On the rewards app, i have the auto redeem on for the £5 gift card and it’s taken the point of my account but hasn’t given me the 5 pounds. I used the rest of my points for a £10 gift card on the app and that worked.

The points have now been given back instead of giving the £5 gift card
