Why hasn't MS released the white controller yet?

I noticed for the call of duty bundle, the controller was already for sale way before the bundle came out. Did they not think white would sell? I really don't want to pick up a different color because it, imo, would look cheap. Blue, black would look like
it didn't fit with the white and black console nor the white and black controller.

maybe its my ocd but I refuse to get a 2nd controller that doesn't match my system. Its too bad us SO bundlers are getting no word from anyone.

Day 1 early question.

wouldn't be surprised if MS has a protocol in place that each game is checked to see if it has been officially released. If it hasn't been released, it probably won't run and the user will get a message explaining why.

 

Lego Marvel Co-Op issue

The controller hasn't turned "off" though because the white light is always on and it doesn't turn off that I have noticed. So I still don't understand why. Next time we play together (if the issue hasn't already been resolved by then) I will try paying
attention to if it turns "off"

 

I hope they do sell the white controller separately. I don't care about it matching the color of my (black) console. It looks awesome and I want it!

I saw an Xbox 1 WHITE SKU selling on EB Games NZ's website white console and a white controller with darkish grey bumper and analogue stick buttons. I kind of prefer the black console but wouldn't mind a white controller. It would be interesting if they
sold a white Xbox 1 console as an accessory without having to buy the white Xbox 1 console with it.

 

I would buy a blue controller for no other reason that it was blue, not interested in white though.

 

maybe its me, but the white controller feels...a bit different than the standard black one. I like the grippiness of it.

I've read somewhere that said MS won't be selling the white controller separately.

 

I'm happy with my Limited Edition Titanfall controller for my second controller alongside my Day One Edition controller!
