Why has there been no fix or rollback?

Come on Microsoft. This is simple. Your last update has broken the xbox 1. The framerate issue has been going on since the latest update. So why dont you just re issue the older update so that we can all rollback to it. My games are unplayable

I filled out the form requesting a rollback they have on their support page for "my stats/rank has been reset". I put in the comments that I needed a rollback to before 2/5/12... but apparently they didn't read it and only rolled me back to my most previous
save - 2/7/12, which doesn't solve my problem. Bunch of morons. I might try messaging that admin on the BO2 forums and explain the problem and what I need done to fix it... for the 3rd freaking time now.

Suspensions/bans on the 360 were also a thing. At that time the enforcement team used the forums and people were constantly getting suspended for language. I think the ranking system you're referring to is the rep system which is still in place on the One.

I disagree. I think you should revert back to how things used to be instead of forcing players to live in anti-social echo chambers and take context into account instead of banning innocent players who pay the salaries of those who work at Microsoft and
Xbox like Phil Spencer.

Xbox is great and I think this is the only major issue I see with the service and console. Would be great if someone actually cared enough to take this stuff into account
