    What is going on? Please help

    I have been a member since 2013, I have just noticed mistakes in my account.

    I dropped down from a rank 3 to a rank 2 in Sept. 2015 why?????

    Also i haven't gotten a marketplace rebate since 07/31/13 Why????

    Please look into this and let me know what has happen and what can be done to fix the issues

    Same happened to me, had a connection issue to Live, signed back on and my progress for the previous session (approx 4 hours) had gone, dropped from 58 to 49, tried everything to fix it and nothing.
