    I'm new to Xbox so unfamiliar with the system and its little ticks. I purchased the Dolby Atmos app so I could watch my UHD movies in Atmos using my headphones, little did I know that my sound would die after 15 minutes. Searched through all settings and
    could find nothing so here I came trying to find out how only to discover the same question and the same responses all the way back to when the system first came out. If MS doesn't want to give us the ability to turn this feature off fine, but for the love
    of all that is wholly why can the not fix the unbearable humming in the background when you plug in the charging cord? Is that really to much to ask? Seriously, I can charge my phone and listen to it at same time with no problems, same goes for every single
    other electric device I've owned since I don't know, FOREVER...…

    Come on MS!!! You charged me 600 for my 1X you charged me 20 a month for Plus and Gold, you charged me 70 a game, 60 a controller.... Could you please, please, pretty please with sugar on top fix this before the Xbox 2 comes out? Please

    This buzzing when you charge your controller also happens if you are in a party with people. I've had complaints about mine doing it often. Apparently the issue is with rechargable batteries. It is frustrating however I agree. But using normal batteries
    will obviously mean you wont need to charge so wouldn't get the issues. It's not ideal though.

    This is usually only when the controller is plugged in right ? I know some people that get static feedback and use rubbing alcohol on their headsets jacks to get rid of it.

    I feel your pain. This is a feature I have wanted for so long as well. I don't know if it is something Xbox can't fix or if they simply don't know of it. I would recommend you going to https://xboxideas.uservoice.com/
    and submit this as an idea or vote on this idea if another using as already started this.

    Turning auto-renewel off

    Issues with shutting off auto renewal has been a bane to many.

    If you can't seem to shut it off on your end, or you are unsure, call support and have them check it at their end.
