Why has OneGuide not been fixed yet? [mod removed]

Can someone from Xbox please get in contact with me about the above ticket. Been getting the runaround for over a month now. The last troubleshooting step was to create a insider hub account and report the issue....I have submitted videos and screenshots
of the issue and am sick of going over the issue again. All the info and troubleshooting steps I have taken are available in the above notes. Beyond a joke.

Oneguide is showing no info available. When will this be fixed?

This is on two xboxes (one of which was brand new and I factory reset twice)

Both are using USB tuner.

Both were working fine previously.

except an app misbehaving doesnt give you an option to request a call or anything other than chat with a gamer and go to the forums
