Why has my Xbox One version of Hogwarts Legacy disappeared?

I pre ordered Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe edition back in January. Been patiently waiting for it to come in for Xbox one on May 5th. It did, and was able to play it up until today. Now the Xbox one version of my game is no longer visible in my game library and the Microsoft store is telling me I have not purchased it, yet it clearly is listed as included in my deluxe bundle. How do I get this back? I've been playing it with no problem for the last week so why all of a sudden does the game disappear and tell me I need to purchase it to continue?

Hogwarts has 2 versions one that’s for the Xbox one and another for the series x but the Xbox one version doesn’t release until March 3rd for Xbox one you’ll have to buy the one called hogwarts legacy Xbox one version

I just called xbox they are aware of the issue. They said it got reported yesterday and they are working on it. Asked why not post as outage because it will be fixed quickly

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regards to the same issue, however, there are no official announcements yet from Microsoft which is why we just need to perform troubleshooting steps.

Kindly remove and re-add your account by following the steps below:

" REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console."

Tries above solution still not showing. One step further not.shpwing on xbox x or xbox one

It shows up installed in the hard drive for the xbox one now
