Why has my xbox live account been suspended? Received e-mail but there was no explanation!

I have had my account 'suspended until 4/1/2017' while playing gta5 but I do not know why! The e-mail I received offered no explanation whatsoever

Was I hacked? What did I do wrong? A full reason would be appreciated asap.

I pay £5.99 a month for Xbox live, I want a refund for the time I am suspended!!!

Can you sign in Xbox live with a different E-mail account?

So, I have already an Xbox Live user and my E-mail account I used to sign in Xbox Live is about to close. Can I use a different E-mail account to sign in Live with the same user?

It's important, because I have all my achievements/ plus friends in this user and I cannot try it out, because I have not created another E-mail account, yet.

my account has been hacked i know all the old info but he changed the e-mail and password and i know the name of the GT he changed it too and im looking at it right now. is there anyway i can get the e-mail from the account

The email should of given you some of the reasons you were suspended.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to you will not get a refund on any gold time you loose due to a suspension.

You check your e-mail associated with the account? They send an e-mail with a brief explanation when an account is suspended.

If you receive any sort of enforcement action against your account, you will receive a message on your XBox Dashboard about it. Microsoft will never send you a message warning you to contact them about a suspension or ban, they will just suspend you or
ban you and then send you an e-mail explaining why. Do not reply to that e-mail.

Create another e-mail, and change this account's e-mail to this new e-mail. This will "free" your windows live e-mail for the account you really want.

There is no way to delete an account. Even permanently suspended accounts are stuck on the system forever.

If you received a ban, check your email that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account. In there will be an email from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** (or something similar) stating that you have been suspended. If this email is not present in your inbox, then your account
hasn't been banned. You will need to contact official Xbox support.
