Why has my Xbox 360 not got enough storage space

Do you have any content currently installed on your Xbox 360? The more content is installed the less storage space you'll have. If nothing is installed, try powering down your Xbox 360, unplugging completely, remove the HDD, and then re-insert it. Keep us in
the loop with how it goes

Did you buy the console used? If so, check if the previous owner left games on the harddrive. Or if no games are found, the previous owner might have ripped music CD's on the harddrive.

Check in the storage settings where the storage space went, by going all the way right on the dashboard to the settings hub, then to the system tile in the upper left, and then to the storage options.

There check the contents of your storage device.

You'd also want to make sure it has the hard drive included. It sounds as though you have a 4gb console, not a 250gb.

I think it has enough space. I've got my 360 right beside it but there's enough space on the sides and top for it to breathe.

That was the problem. I got the USB so I could install GTA. There's not enough space. The XBOX didn't come with a harddrive and the only storage spaces on there aren't enough to hold the data
