Hi there. If the digital license is not in the list below (in your account), you should contact xbox support to investigate this issue

The game should under ready to install in your games and apps

It might have dissapeared from your game list because of an Xbox Error with new Dashboard (Also in case your in the Preview Program that you'll get updates that might have some errors), but you should just be able to put the Witcher 3 disc in and it will
install again with all of the Game Save still there and its back on your game list or if you bought it Digital you can just Download it again without any charges and your game save is also still there. Hope it helped!

Please check your Order history to confirm that the game was successfully purchased under your account: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

If it is, try to remove your profile, then turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console and sign in and try again!
