Why has my account not been unbanned?

Six months ago, I put in a request to have my account unbanned because of an account breach. I remember they said they would get back to me in 48 hours at the latest, and here I am still waiting for a response. I lost thousands of hours and dollars in that
account, and there is no way I am letting it sit in ruin in the database. I also noticed when I went to my account, all of my captures have been deleted. I'm not sure what is going on but it is really unprofessional it seems. If anyone could help sort this
out, that would be fantastic.

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about your suspension.

 

The enforcement team would be the only ones with the ability to unban an account. If you submitted a case review, you should be able to check the results on the enforcement site. If you did not submit a case review, you would need to do so. http://enforcement.xbox.com

 

The person who used my account used the appeal, so does this mean I can't get the account back?

 

That would mean you would not be able to contact the enforcement team. If you had support do an unauthorized access investigation they could check to see if the account definitely was out of your possession, but even with an investigation, it does not guarantee
an account will be unbanned.

 

That is what I did, though they never got back to me through an email, so I don't know if I had a case set up in the first place

 

You'd want to try contacting them again. It's no guarantee, but it's your best bet.
