why has it not activated the pass ? but the account is registered as having access.

I might be reading your post wrong, but to my understanding you have access to Game pass Ultimate through a trial but it shows that the trial still is available to sign up for. If this is the case it might just take a day or two before it shows as being activated.

And that's why you can't access the game, you don't have currently a Game pass ultimate suscription active on that account

If a console has the online pass, all accounts on that console has access to multiplayer.

I've got an adult account which I used to activate the online pass and my brother who has a child account has full access to multiplayer and co-op.

Hi Lucas. You may be able to help me. I am having the same issue. I have just upgraded consoles to Xbox series x and now I can't access online gaming/multi-player. I have registered the serial number to our account plus made the new console our 'home' one. My Mum who is the Family organizer has the Ultimate Game pass and it is showing as active. She has logged on to the new console but why can't I access this usibg my xbox profile, when it was working fine on the old Xbox one?
