Why has all my stuff disappeared on gta online?

For me they just bumped my level from 140+ down to 25 and removed everything i ever bought with earned money in game and all service vehicles. i have nothing left from nowhere and for no reason..

Based on the description, after migrating your GTA profile from Xbox One to Xbox Series S|X, the level has dropped and some of the in game purchases were gone. Let us check on this together and sort this out. Rest assured, we will do anything in our capability to assist you with your concern.

If some add-ons and downloadable game content are missing, the first place to check it is in your library. Follow these steps:

• In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don’t select it).
  
• Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.
  
• Select the game tile, and then select each checkbox for which items you want to install.
  
• Select Install, to confirm the installation.
  
  Note that games and add-ons will install automatically to your console’s default storage device.

Hey, I have already checked my library and nothings in there. I had the most expensive copy of the enterprise pack (sorry I can’t remember what it was exactly called) and over $900cad worth of shark cards on the account. I also had every single service, buildings included in the enterprise pack, and vehicle for the LS car meets update which are all just gone now

Same problem. Except I can't even open game and when I search in store it says I own so I click manage and it says having trouble finding your data or something like that. And I can't even install back on my Xbox yet it says I own them. Don't know what's going on but like you I have a lot of money and time invested in this. Pretty messed up.
