Why has access to playing Halo Reach and ODST been denied for over a week?

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently facing issues with your game. But don't worry, the following troubleshooting steps will fix the issue.

Step 1: Clear Mac address:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Step 2: Close any running games:

To remove download constraints from games or apps being installed, you can either wait for the Xbox to suspend the running game, or you can force games to close by doing the following:

1. On the Home screen, navigate to your most recently run game.
   
2. With the game highlighted, press the Menu button and select Quit.
   

Step 3: Remove your account:

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm then re-add your account.

Step 4: Reset your console:

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

Halo 4 is the game Reach should have been. It ain't Halo unless the Master Chief is in it. That's why I didn't like Reach or ODST.

If gameplay is all that counts then why bother playing Halo Anniversary, Halo 3, ODST, Reach, and Halo 4.

Why is this being called a remake? It's the same old Halo CE with Halo Reach skins, that's it. None of the levels or storyline have been changed at all except for cosmetics. Taking into account you can get Halo CE for 5$ pretty much anywhere you're basically
paying 35$ for a Halo Reach MP expansion pack, it's ODST all over again.

You said that Halo ODST used the Reach engine, thats not correct it used the Halo 3 campaign engine. I think you had a typo there by accident.

I hated how the Firefight was set up in ODST. If anyone got disconnected at all, it ended the session. Getting disconnected in ODST firefight after an almost 2 hour battle was not enjoyable. Plus you could ONLY play with friends. I am very greatful Reach has
matchmaking for the firefight. In fact it was one of my top suggestions for Bungie when they released Reach. Then once BUngie left Reach, 343 studios took over and made it even better.
