    You would need to contact EA support about that as it's a problem with the game and not the console

    That's pretty good. I'm guessing it was the streamer's connection as to why it was garbled.

    Like a said, i had the same issue with Fifa22. Microsoft did bring a patch in the insider program and the problem was solved. So maybe its the same issue and maybe you could pass this to your supervisors. Thank you
